CRA INTERACTIVE WHITE PAPER

This project was originally supposed to be designed as an interactive PDF and live on the website. However after this recommendation, it became a templated website that could be also used for future White Papers. This idea had a higher up front cost. However because it was templated, it would have a much lower cost for future white papers.
